What is the shipping cost?

We handle two forms of shipping:

1. If you make a minimum purchase of $ 1,000.00 pesos, shipping is FREE 

2. If you make a purchase less than $ 1,000.00 pesos, the shipping cost is $ 200.00 pesos

Which is the  Delivery time?

​

The estimated delivery time for online purchases is 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination.

By what means do you deliver?

All our orders are sent by different packages since we quote the best cost for you. All orders are shipped the day after the purchase is made. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped until Monday.

How do returns proceed?

​

All products of the Biomaa brand are guaranteed against manufacturing defects, however, the guarantee does not cover products whose expiration date has expired, the containers are violated or mistreated.

​

In this case, the customer will receive the product as a physical exchange and a prepaid guide with which they must return the product in question.
